Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan, combine butter, oil, water and cocoa.
Cook, stirring to blend, and bring to a boil.
Stir in flour mixture.
Stir soda into buttermilk and add with eggs and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
