Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. raisins
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. cooked rice
    5 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    additional milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Put raisins in a small microwave-proof bowl; add a little water. Microwave on High for 50 to 60 seconds; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs.
    Add raisins and water, rice, vanilla, sugar and milk.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Add enough additional milk to make mixture loose.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in water bath for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
