Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, well drained
    1 large can corned beef
    2 c. Swiss cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. plain bread crumbs (more crumbs and more butter add flavor)
    sliced tomatoes (over top if desired; optional)
Preparation
    Layer everything in a 1 or 2-quart casserole with buttered crumbs on top and bottom.
    On bottom, put 1/2 buttered bread crumbs, next corned beef, next sauerkraut, next mayo and Thousand Island dressing, mixed, next Swiss cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Add tomatoes, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
