Crab Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cube 4 slices bread; put in long 3-quart glass casserole. Combine next 5 ingredients; spread over bread cubes.
Cube other 4 slices of bread over this.
Beat eggs; add milk and pour over mixture.
This may be refrigerated until the next day.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then spoon soup and cheese over and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake an additional 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
