Carol'S Hot Curried Fruit Compote(Best Made The Day Before Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peach halves
    1 large can apricot halves
    1 can dark sweet or red cherries
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 large can pear halves
    1 large or 3 small cans pineapple chunks
    dash of cinnamon
    4 tsp. curry powder
    pecans
Preparation
    Drain all fruits and place all but cherries in 2-quart casserole.
    Add nuts.
    Melt butter; blend in sugar, curry powder, cinnamon and spoon over fruit.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Add cherries; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serve warm.
