Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c sweet potatoes mashed
1 1/2 c sugar
1 can eagle brand milk
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an uncooked pie shell. Cook for 45 minutes on 350\u00b0. Makes 2 pies.
