Hawaiian Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch crumb crust
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Spread slightly softened ice cream in bottom of cool pie shell.
Place in freezer.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over ice cream in pie; wrap, seal, label and date after you sprinkle with pecans.
When frozen, approximately 1 month.
