Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 can coconut, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Roll into balls and place on wax paper.
    Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Roll balls in food coloring and sugar.
