Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 3 hours if frozen.
    Combine all ingredients, fold and mix.
