Instant Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. washed, shredded squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    margarine
Preparation
    Melt just enough margarine to cover bottom of frypan.
    Shred squash on coarse side of grater.
    Saute onion in margarine until soft.
    Add squash and saute over medium heat, stirring constantly (1 to 3 minutes).
    Squash will be crispy.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve as vegetable side dish.
