Tuna Casserole(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, rinsed
    2/3 c. skimmed evaporated milk
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Put in casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    This takes about 20 minutes.
    One serving equals 175 calories.
