Cabbage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 t. salt
    1 c. minute rice
    5 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cheese grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, celery, onion, and salt.
    In a skillet, cook cabbage for 5 minutes.
    After it starts boiling, drain and add meat mixture.
    Add rice and 1/4 c. cheese.
    Put in casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
