Hot 'N' Spicy Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant (about 1 lb.)
    4 hot green chili peppers
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Cut eggplant into strips.
    Slice garlic; cut hot peppers into small pieces.
    Put oil into pan and heat it.
    Add garlic, pepper and eggplant in order given.
    Stir 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and water.
    Stew for 4 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Serve when eggplant is tender.
