Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add 1 cup flour, working in well. Add remaining flour, salt, vanilla and pecans.
Blend well.
Form into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar while hot.
