Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 or more fresh mushrooms
2/3 c. small pieces ham, bacon or shrimp
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green or black olives
1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
Preparation

Remove stems from 12 or more huge fresh mushrooms.
Chop for salad or add to stuffing mixture for volume.
Pour melted butter into 7 x 11-inch pan and place mushrooms in one layer.
Mix stuffing ingredients.
If more volume needed, add croutons or chopped mushroom stems.
Stuff tightly into mushrooms.
Put dab of butter in center and arrange croutons around top.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) with foil, covering pan tightly.
