Ingredients

4 English muffins
1 lb. beef
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can onion soup
2 Tbsp. drained pickle relish

Preparation

Brown meat; add seasonings.
Stir in soup and pickle relish. Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon over toasted split muffins.
Serve immediately.
