Ham-Asparagus Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 thin slices boiled ham
12 whole spears asparagus, cooked
Preparation

Blend onion, horseradish, dry mustard and cream cheese. Spread on each ham slice.
Roll up each slice prepared ham around a spear of asparagus.
Secure with toothpick; cut each roll in 1-inch slices.
Arrange as pinwheels on serving dish.
