Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled shrimp tails
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in aluminum Dutch oven (don't use iron pot; will cause shrimp to darken).
    Season shrimp tails generously with Tony's Creole seasoning or salt and pepper.
    Add paprika to margarine; saute shrimp tails about 5 minutes.
    Remove shrimp and set aside.
