Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium-sized carrots, grated
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 or 16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Idahoan instant potatoes
Preparation

In a large pan, cook the meat, onions and carrots slowly until meat is done and onions are transparent (do not brown).
Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
Pour mixture into 3-quart casserole dish.
Top with the mashed potatoes which have been prepared according to package directions.
(You may use real mashed potatoes, if you want.) Bake, uncovered, about 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
