Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 c. rice (regular)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown margarine, onion and rice well in skillet.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add beef bouillon cubes and water.
    Bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer. Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
