Holiday Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) jar smoked, sliced beef, finely chopped
    1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sour cream (for icing)
    4 pimiento strips
    few sprigs parsley
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in bowl.
    When soft, add onion, mayonnaise, sherry and beef.
    Mix well.
    Add olives; mix carefully.
    Chill and form into ball shape.
    Ice with sour cream.
    Decorate with pimiento strips and parsley.
    Decorations are optional.
    Can be a spread from a dish.
    Good on any snack cracker.
