Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sesame seed
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
Add chicken; marinate for 2 hours or more.
Stir well.
Dip pieces into hot oil; deep fry until browned.
