Dark Rye Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. honey
1/3 c. gluten flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/4 c. carob powder
1/2 c. rolled oats
3 c. rye flour
1/3 c. molasses
2 c. whole wheat flour
unbleached white flour as needed
Preparation

Stir honey into water until dissolved.
Sprinkle yeast over water to soften.
Stir together in large bowl next 6 ingredients. Beat in molasses.
Allow to stand 10 minutes.
Add whole wheat flour and beat.
Add enough white flour to make a stiff dough.
