Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag or 2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Slice the Velveeta and layer slices over broccoli.
Slice margarine and layer slices over broccoli and cheese.
Pour cream of chicken soup over top and sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
