Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 2/3 c. Crisco type shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour
    and
    salt
    together
    in a large bowl or pan. Add half
    the
    shortening.
    Cut
    in until mixture is like fine meal. Cut
    in remaining shortening until size of a large pea. Put mix in
    a large plastic container.
    Store in a dry place. Do
    not refrigerate.
    Makes
    enough
    for about 12 large pies. Keeps for months.
