Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium pork chops
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
crushed white crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Rinse chops; salt and pepper to taste.
Flour lightly.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then roll in crackers.
Fry in oil until golden brown, turning once.
Remove chops and place on grill or broiler pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
