Jean'S Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless pork roast
    mustard
    yellow onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    water
Preparation
    Cover roast with mustard.
    Place sliced onions in mustard. Place in pan.
    Fill pan with 1/2 inch of water.
    Bake for 3 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Check occasionally to maintain water level.
