Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and pour into oblong pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
