Lemon Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinless and deboned
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a shallow pan.
    Melt margarine and stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon and salt. Pour mixture over chicken breast and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked to desired taste.
