Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
    foil cupcake cups
Preparation
    Line muffin pan with foil cups.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.
    Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla together.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Optional:
    Top with cherry, strawberry, or blueberry pie filling.
