Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/6 rounded Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 to 1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until crumbly.
    Add milk slowly to make a stiff dough.
    Knead on floured board 1/2 the dough.
    Roll out dough to make large oval or rectangle 1/8 to 1/16-inch thick.
