White Castle Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dry minced onion
1 lb. ground round
3 oz. jar strained beef or veal baby food
1 pkg. regular hot dog buns
1/4 c. hot water
2/3 c. canned clear beef broth
Preparation

Mix dry onion and hot water; set aside.
Mix ground round, baby food and broth.
Refrigerate meat mixture for 2 hours before cooking.
Fry meat mixture in skillet.
Punch holes in meat with spatula.
Put onion mixture on patties and turn over and let cook. Cut hot dog buns in half and put patty in between and enjoy.
