Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped broccoli (stems may be used also)
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. low-fat oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients in saucepan; cover and bring to boil.
Simmer about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and blend in blender until smooth.
Melt oleo in saucepan; stir in flour.
Slowly stir in milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
Add blended broccoli mixture and heat to boil. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 6.
