Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    4 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, sweetened to taste
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 large angel food cake, cubed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Drain berries.
    Add water to juice to measure 1 1/2 cups.
    Add to gelatin.
    Chill until partially set.
    Whip until fluffy.
    Fold in Cool Whip and berries. Fold in cake.
    Pour into shallow pan.
    Chill until firm.
    This will make 2 large pans.
