Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    10 flour tortillas
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add tomato soup and salsa to beef and simmer.
    Grate cheese.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons beef mixture and 1 tablespoon grated cheese on each tortilla.
    Roll up and place seam down in a greased pan.
    Pour remaining beef mixture and grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
