Hungarian Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. salami
    4 sausages (according to taste)
    2 onions, sliced
    2 green peppers
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    4 to 6 eggs
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut salami into strips and sausages into slices.
    Rinse peppers.
    Deseed and cut into strips.
    Saute sausages in skillet for 3 minutes.
    Add onion and pepper strips.
    Saute a few minutes. Add tomatoes.
    Reduce heat.
    Beat eggs.
    Pour eggs over all ingredients in pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until egg mixture is set.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serve hot.
