Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 c. water or 1/2 c. mashed bananas or crushed pineapple with 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix
    in
    a
    bowl
    cake
    flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make
    a well then add egg yolks, water or other choices listed, and
    oil.
    Beat
    1
    cup egg whites until stiff but not dry, with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
    Fold first mixture into second mixture. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for
    45 minutes.
    Tube pan may be used.
    Then bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Ice with your favorite topping.
