Barbecue Sauce For Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Pour over ribs that have been browned.
    Pork spareribs or beef short ribs both are good.
    Bake slowly for 2 hours or until done at 325\u00b0.
