Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, cooked, then mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
butter (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
After mashing the potatoes, add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Whip or beat with electric beaters.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Add potatoes; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
