Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm mashed potatoes
    6 c. sifted plain flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and salt.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add mashed potatoes.
    (You may mix up a cup of instant potatoes.) Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture.
    Work in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Place dough in a large covered container and place in refrigerator.
    Dough will keep at least a week.
    Just remove from refrigerator and make into rolls and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
