Chicken With Creamed Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken parts (bone or boneless)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    American cheese (white or yellow)
    sliced carrots
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Rinse off chicken.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Place pieces of cheese over chicken until all of chicken is covered.
    Mix 1/2 cup of water with soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add sliced carrots and mushrooms.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
