Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (6 c.) squash (yellow can be used)
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions until just tender (about 5 minutes). Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Add melted margarine to stuffing mix.
    If stuffing is in cubes, crunch with rolling pin while still in the bag.
    Place half of the stuffing on bottom of 8 x 10-inch pan.
    Add cream mixture.
    Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 or 30 minutes.
