Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. grated cheese
    bacon bits
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Line pan with foil.
    Put layers of potatoes, onion, bacon bits, salt and pepper.
    Slice 1 1/2 sticks of butter on the top layer and seal foil.
    Cook 2 to 3 hours.
    Fifteen minutes before potatoes are fully cooked, put cheese on top and reseal.
    Finish cooking.
    Do not peel potatoes.
