Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/4 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together using a spoon or fork instead of mixer.
Pour into a slightly baked 9-inch pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Sometimes it bakes in 40 minutes.
This can be baked and frozen for later use.
