Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container mascarpone cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
1 (8 to 10-inch) round angel food cake
3/4 c. strong black coffee
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1 jar mocha fudge sauce (optional)

Chill a medium sized bowl and beaters.
