No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. sifted bread flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. soft shortening
Preparation
    In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water.
    Add salt and about half the flour, until smooth.
    Cover with a damp cloth; place in refrigerator.
    Punch down occasionally.
    As dough rises about 2 hours before baking cut off amount needed.
    Shape in balls in muffin pan.
    Let rise until light (2 hours).
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
