Low-Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dump in a 9 x 13-inch pan and mix with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
