Heavenly Turkey Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream
1 c. sliced celery
1 Tbsp. minced scallions
1 Tbsp. crystallized ginger, minced
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream, celery, scallions, ginger, salt and pepper.
Add macaroni, turkey, grapes and walnuts; mix lightly. Serve on greens.
