Pork Chops In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (cut 1/2\" thick)
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Coat well with flour.
    In a skillet heat oil and brown chops on both sides.
    Remove chops & place on platter.
    Cook onion in drippings until tender.
    Add mushroom soup and water.
    Stir well to mix all ingredients in skillet together.
    When this mixture comes to a boil add pork chops.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce.
    Serve with cookjed rice or mashed potatoes.
