Spaghetti Casserole(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild or ground beef)
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, broken up
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 c. spaghetti, broken
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casing.
    Brown in a 9 or 10-inch skillet (or any oven-safe skillet).
    Drain all but 1 tablespoon fat.
    Stir in onion, green peppers and garlic.
    Saute 5 minutes.
